Welcome to The Stuttgart-Ulm rail project

Presenting a once-in-a-century project

This new railway line will be part of one of the longest high-speed lines in Europe. The 1500-kilometre long “Magistrale for Europe” will link Paris, Strasbourg, Stuttgart, Ulm, Munich, Vienna and Bratislava. The rail project includes restructuring the Stuttgart rail node, creating a link to the airport, and constructing a new-build line between Wendlingen and Ulm.
This will provide a crucial advantage for Stuttgart, the entire region and the whole of Baden-Württemberg as a business location: once “the Stuttgart-Ulm rail project” starts beating, it will be the driving motor for growth, jobs and the prosperity of future generations. Read on to discover more about one of the most important construction projects in Germany.
