Heading for the future together
Together we can reach our goal: the partners in the Stuttgart – Ulm rail project are transforming the visionary idea of redesigning the Stuttgart rail node and the Wendlingen – Ulm new-build line into reality. In terms of transport policies, all the partners are focussing on the same goal: to optimise and strengthen transport infrastructure, as that is something which brings benefits for everyone – the people in Europe, in Germany, in Baden-Württemberg, in the Greater Stuttgart Region and in the city of Stuttgart itself. This project will make the area a better place to live and a better economic region. That is why the Federal government and the European Union, the Federal Land of Baden-Württemberg, Deutsche Bahn AG, the city of Stuttgart and Verband Region Stuttgart are jointly tackling this immense infrastructure project.
